Racing bikes on the World Cup for just one year puts demands on equipment that most of us can't muster up in a lifetime. Since our early beginnings, our Cross Country line has been defined (and later refined) by the top racers on the World Cup race ciruit. They beat the hell out of things and we stay close by their side and take a lot of notes. The result has been a heritage of refinement that we're very proud of, and will countinue. Like all Kona bikes, we don't go chasing design theories down rabbit holes. We simply use what works best, for the best racers in the world.
